Timeframe

Any return or refund request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • We may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
  • Photo proof of damage is required.

Returns (Undamaged Items)

If you are not satisfied with your order:

  • Items may be returned only if they are unused and undamaged.
  • The item must be sent back to us before a refund is processed.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable.
